Simple low-fodmap spag bol
Spag bol, minus all the stuff that will upset your IBS - but still tasty!
Instructions
Put a pot of water on to boil. Once boiled, add a pinch of salt, and your spaghetti. Stir occasionally.
Heat some oil in a medium fry pan, then add your mince. Once the mince is browned, add the tomato and brown sugar.
It should take about 15 minutes for all of the above to cook. It's best to do your pasta slightly beyond al dente, and your mince/tomato will thicken nicely. Season the mince with salt & pepper to taste.
To serve, split your spaghetti between bowls, spoon the mince on top, and garnish with your herb of choice. Enjoy!
