Incredibly easy “Bangladesh” salad
Green and red, like the flag of Bangladesh, this salad is low-FODMAP and very low effort.

  1. Tear up the lettuce, toss into a colander, then rinse.
  2. Chop the tomatoes in half, cube the cucumber, and pop them both into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
  3. Shake the lettuce dry and transfer into a bowl.
  4. Tip the tomatoes and cucumber into the bowl with the lettuce, squeeze over half a lemon, then mix and serve.
