Incredibly easy “Bangladesh” salad
Green and red, like the flag of Bangladesh, this salad is low-FODMAP and very low effort.

Ingredients
1/2
medium
iceberg lettuce
or whatever greens you have in the fridge
1
punnet
cherry tomatoes
we like sweet varieties
1
small
cucumber
Instructions
Tear up the lettuce, toss into a colander, then rinse.
Chop the tomatoes in half, cube the cucumber, and pop them both into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
Shake the lettuce dry and transfer into a bowl.
Tip the tomatoes and cucumber into the bowl with the lettuce, squeeze over half a lemon, then mix and serve.
