  1. Pre-heat a medium, non-stick pan on low to medium heat
  2. Whisk together your eggs
  3. Pour the eggs into your pan and rotate the pan to spread evenly, like a pancake
  4. While the egg cooks, dice your tomatoes and roughly chop your ham
  5. Once the egg starts thickening up, place the tomatoes and ham on one side of the egg, then sprinkle over the cheese and season with salt and pepper
  6. Fold the uncovered half of the egg over your fillings using a spatula, and wait another 30 seconds for the egg to cook through
  7. Slide your omelette on to a plate, and serve with a smile.
