Ingredients
1
regular
lettuce
iceberg is particularly nice
1
large
carrot
you’re going to need to grate it
1
small
cucumber
chopped into cubes
1
squeeze
lemon
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
white wine vinegar
Instructions
Slice the lettuce up into coleslaw-esque strips, chuck into a bowl, and add grate carrot and chopped cucumber. Chuck in the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Then you’re done! Serve it up and enjoy.
