  1. Slice the lettuce up into coleslaw-esque strips, chuck into a bowl, and add grate carrot and chopped cucumber. Chuck in the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Then you’re done! Serve it up and enjoy.
